Power in the Pipeline

Power in the Pipeline is a series led by the Aya Education Coalition in partnership with EdVoice Institute, the Black Educators Advocate Network, and Brotherhood of Elders Network.

The series centers the voices of Black educators, highlighting the transformative impact of Black teachers in the classroom and how we can support them in all stages of their career from recruitment to preparation to retention.
